StoryVoice Privacy Policy

StoryVoice is an iOS app that plays narrated bedtime stories for children, with sentence-by-sentence text highlighting and a scheduled bedtime reminder.

StoryVoice is provided by Spencer Chiang, trading as NxLayer.

StoryVoice does not require account registration and does not collect personal information such as your name or email address during normal use.

The app stores your selected language preference and bedtime schedule locally on your device using standard iOS storage.

StoryVoice fetches story content and audio from NxLayer's backend service. No personally identifiable information is included in these requests.

Story audio files are cached on your device to allow offline playback. Language preference, bedtime schedule settings, and purchase status are stored locally on your device.

StoryVoice offers non-consumable in-app purchases for story packs. Apple processes all payment information. StoryVoice receives only the transaction confirmation needed to unlock purchased content. Purchase records are stored on your device and can be restored at any time from within the app.

StoryVoice is designed for use by young children under parental supervision. The app does not knowingly collect personal information from children. No account, login, or personal data entry is required to use the app.

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties. If you contact us for support, we may receive your email address and any details you choose to include. Support information is used only to respond to your request.

Cached audio and app settings can be removed by deleting the app from your device. Support emails may be retained as needed to respond to your request. You may request deletion of support correspondence by contacting us.
