Viralio Privacy Policy

Viralio is an iOS app that uses AI to generate social media copy and short-video shooting scripts from a brief idea or description you provide.

Viralio is provided by Spencer Chiang, trading as NxLayer.

Viralio does not require account registration and does not collect personal information such as your name or email address.

The only content transmitted is the text you voluntarily type into the input field. This text is sent to NxLayer's backend server solely to generate your requested content.

The text you enter is forwarded from NxLayer's backend server to OpenAI's API to generate copy or script content. OpenAI may process this data according to their own Privacy Policy.

NxLayer does not store, log, or retain the text you enter or the content generated for you. Each request is processed in real time and not saved to any database.

Viralio does not store any personal data locally on your device. Generated content exists only within the app session and is cleared when you close the app.

Viralio uses OpenAI's API to power content generation. Your input text is transmitted to OpenAI for this purpose. We encourage you not to enter sensitive personal information into the input field.

Viralio is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We do not sell or share personal data with third parties beyond what is necessary to provide the AI generation service described above. If you contact us for support, we may receive your email address and any details you choose to include, used only to respond to your request.

Since Viralio does not store user data on our servers, there is no retained data to delete. Deleting the app from your device removes any locally cached app data. Support emails may be retained as needed to respond to your request.
