TuChuang AI Support

TuChuang AI (圖創 AI) is a macOS app for guided image generation. Instead of asking you to write a prompt, it asks you a short set of professional questions and assembles the prompt for you.

What the App Does

Choose one of four modes, describe what you want in a sentence, and answer a few questions about composition, lighting, style, and intended use. The app compiles those answers into a complete prompt and generates the image. In Product Ad mode you can also upload your own product photo, add a reference image to reuse its scene and layout, and typeset a headline and model numbers onto the result. Image Restore mode repairs damaged, faded, or low-quality photographs.

Subscription and Billing

Where do I manage my subscription? Subscriptions are handled by Apple. Open System Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases → Subscriptions, choose TuChuang AI, and change or cancel the plan there.

How do I cancel? Cancel at least 24 hours before the current period ends to avoid the next renewal. After cancelling, you keep access until the paid period finishes.

I changed Macs. Do I pay again? No. Open the subscription screen in the app and choose Restore Purchases while signed in with the same Apple ID.

How do I request a refund? Refunds are issued by Apple, not by us. Start a request at reportaproblem.apple.com.

How do the generations work? The app shows a single balance of generations. The monthly plan adds 30 each month and the yearly plan adds 360 for the year, and you get free ones too: three in the month you install the app and one each month after that. Subscribing adds to whatever you have left rather than replacing it, so three free generations plus a monthly plan is 33. The balance is shown in the app at all times.

Do the generations expire? No. Generations you have not used stay in your balance, so a quiet month is not a lost month.

Troubleshooting

Generation keeps failing: Check your internet connection — generation requires it, while text recognition and typesetting run locally. If the error mentions your subscription, open the subscription screen and choose Restore Purchases. If it mentions your balance, the remaining generations are shown there too.

"You've used all your points": Your balance is empty. Free generations arrive on the first day of each month, and a renewal adds the plan's generations again; the date the next free ones arrive is shown in the banner. You can also move to a higher plan from the subscription screen.

My subscription is not recognised: Make sure you are signed in to the Mac App Store with the Apple ID you purchased with, then choose Restore Purchases. If the app cannot confirm your subscription because of a network problem, it will say so rather than treating you as unsubscribed.

Uploading an image does nothing: PNG, JPEG, WebP, and GIF are supported, up to about 50 MB each. Try dragging the file onto the upload area again, or click the area to choose a file.

The typeset text is in the wrong place: When you supply a reference image, the app typesets your copy back into the position the original text occupied. Choose an output size that matches the reference's proportions, or the positions will not line up. The matching size is preselected for you.

Text read from the reference is wrong: The original type may be degraded, so the transcription is a starting point rather than a result. Check it against the reference thumbnail shown beside the form, and correct the model numbers and figures in particular. For an alternative to typeset copy, choose "Generate without text".

The generated product looks different from my photo: Product Ad mode asks the model to preserve your product's design and enables high input fidelity, but AI redrawing cannot guarantee a pixel-exact match. If the product must appear exactly as photographed, use the generated scene as a background and composite your own product photo onto it.

The app shows an error: Confirm macOS is up to date and try again. If the problem continues, contact us with the exact message and the steps that led to it.

Reporting AI-Generated Content

Images are produced by OpenAI's models, and content moderation is enabled for every request. If you receive an output you believe is inappropriate, email [email protected] with the subject line "AI content report", and include a screenshot of the result together with the description you entered. We review these reports and respond within two business days.
